What is the parking situation

Do you have outside space that could be used? Patios, terraces, interesting walls or fences, garden seats, a nice garden etc

What is nearby? Are there any nice woodlands, cafés, hotels, pretty streets etc. which could be used for the rest of my shoot. This would make your property more desireable
