Mini Sessions
These are the most affordable way to get your headshot updated. Sign up to register your interest, and I’ll drop you an email when the next one happens. You will also have exclusive access to my early bird rate.
So, you need a headshot photographer – but why choose to work with me?
To get a great headshot of you, a photographer needs to know how to guide you to stand or sit, and how to position you in the light, which lens to choose … all to flatter your best bits and detract attention away from anything which you may not like about yourself.
I know all of this, but more important than this is the ability to quickly put you at ease and capture your genuine expressions and personality.
This is something that’s hard to learn, but luckily it comes quite naturally to me!
My clients ALWAYS tell me that they had fun on their shoot!

WHAT TO EXPECT ON YOUR HEADSHOT PHOTO SESSION
Where will my headshot session take place?
My minis happen either outdoors when the weather allows, or in a venue such as a hall. For my corporate headshots and for medium sized businesses, I generally come to your premises, where I can either shoot in your natural space (if it is photogenic), using plain studio backgrounds, or even outdoors.
If you need urgent headshots,and can’t wait for my next mini session, we can also do our shoot in my own premises – I don’t have a bespoke studio but the space does work for headshots!
How long does a headshot session take?
Mini sessions only take around 15 minutes per person. A bespoke session can take longer if you wish – we can use different backgrounds and have indoor and outdoor shots. If I come to your premises, the time will depend on whether you want me to set up backgrounds, and whether I need to set up my lights.
Do you do retouching?
You do need to look like yourself in your headshots! I will light and pose you to look your best. I do offer very light skin smoothing if you want me to – and don’t worry, if you have a big pimple come out the day before, that will definitely be magicked away!
What should I wear?
You will get a pdf guide in advance of the shoot with styling advice! But the main message will be that you wear something that you feel comfortable in, and that you feel good about wearing.
How much does it cost?
My mini sessions are £60 for two high resolution digital images of your choice, with the option to buy more if you can’t narrow it down. Individual and group bespoke sessions costs will depend on your requirements, so get in touch and we can discuss options! My subscribers get exclusive access to an early bird rate, so if you know your headshots need an update, get on that list!
