We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:
– When you access your online viewing gallery (hosted by Pic Time), we can see what activity you have taken in your account. – If someone purchases a voucher for you, they may give us your name and contact details in order for us to process their order and arrange to provide the service to you.

How we store your personal information:
Your information is securely stored at Four Ashes Rd, HP15 6LG. Your images are also backed up on an online cloud service. We keep your contact details indefintely, in order to provide the best customer service experience for you should you use our services in the future. You may request that these details are deleted permanently by contacting yvonnephillipssmith@gmail.com
We keep most images from your session for 1 year, after which most or all of them will be deleted permanently from our systems and backup. If you have signed a release form allowing us to use your images, we will keep a small selection of your images indefinitely.
