The type of personal information we collect

We currently collect and process the following information:

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following

– When you enter your email address on our website, contact us by phone or email or any other means. We use this to keep in touch with you about our services.

– When you visit our website pages, we use tracking cookies to see which pages are visited most frequently, in order to tailor our website to the information that clients and potential clients most want
to see.

We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:
– When you access your online viewing gallery (hosted by Pic Time), we can see what activity you have taken in your account. We need this to ensure that the service is being provided and to track the status of your order. This information can also be seen by the Pic Time. – If someone purchases a voucher for you, they may give us your name and contact details in order for us to process their order and arrange to provide the service to you.

We have a legitimate interest – in order to provide our services to you, in order to carry out marketing of our
services, to maintain our financial records of our business, and to provide you with an optimum customer

How we store your personal information:

Your information is securely stored at Four Ashes Rd, HP15 6LG. Your images are also backed up on an online cloud service. We keep your contact details indefintely, in order to provide the best customer service experience for you should you use our services in the future. You may request that these details are deleted permanently by contacting yvonnephillipssmith@gmail.com

We keep most images from your session for 1 year, after which most or all of them will be deleted permanently from our systems and backup. If you have signed a release form allowing us to use your images, we will keep a small selection of your images indefinitely.

Your data protection rights:
Under data protection law, you have rights including:
– Your right of access – You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information. 

– Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
